Warranty:
All of our computer systems include an optional keyboard and mouse upon request, included in the sale price unless otherwise posted as a sole unit. System specifications and parts are subject to change without notice. Sudbury Tech Solutions reserves the right to terminate these systems at any time.
A One Year Depot Warranty covers the system unit only (i.e. all hardware components inside the computer case). Keyboard, mouse and any speakers are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty, which may be longer or shorter in duration. Software Tech Support is not part of the warranty!
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not authorized by our service department.
Should any defects arise, we will repair the product at no charge during the specified warranty period. If we are unable to repair your product to working order after a reasonable number of attempts, we will - at our option, replace the customer product. If your product has been custom ordered for you, and is defective, we will send the product to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. We cannot exchange "special ordered" items over the counter, if it's not a product we carry in the store on a regular basis.
Products are not guaranteed as to compatibility with your current components in regards to use, fit or utility. You are responsible for making sure that you purchase the correct product for your requirements.
Limited Warranty:
The majority of products that we sell come with a 14 day limited warranty, which starts from the date of purchase. All Non-defective and un-opened returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refund amounts are based on the current listed price of each item on our web site and in our store whichever is lower. Sorry, we are unable to offer any form of price protection. All returns for credit must be like - new condition in original package.
To obtain service under this warranty, customers are required to take the product to our depot for inspection with your original bill of sale bearing the appropriate Serial Number.
You may be charged a fee if your problem is found to result from the use of third party products.
Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Sudbury Tech Solutions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any product listed at the incorrect price.
Bundled Items:
Bundled items are included while supplies last. Items of similar or greater value may be substituted if needed.
Prices:
All prices are subject to change. We are not responsible for typographical, technical, or descriptive errors of products herein.
THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVELY AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. SUDBURY TECH SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTS OF MERCHANTS ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
