A majority of our customers who purchase computers, laptops and servers from us have the option to enroll in a service support contract. We use LogMeIn.com to enable us to log into computers remotelly when the support is needed.

For those who are not enrolled in such contract, we do offer a solution that won't cost extra and allows us to log in instantly. TeamViewer is used in these cases.
